If you enjoy vehicles they have them outside as well. You can even mount small or large turrets if you have proficiency V in electronics, engineering and gunsmithing, though it is a bannable offense.

As much work as this game needs from a game play and balance perspective, I feel they would have to reset. Vets would be given something, but I don't think they would keep much, if anything, SP/equipment wise. If SP/Equipment did translate easily...
